Enhance the appearance of your Polaris Xpedition with our custom grill. This grill replaces the factory model and features a unique three-layer hexagon design.

Each grill is fully assembled and ready for installation. Crafted from .063″ thick aluminum, it is powder-coated in factory Polaris colors. The design includes three individual pieces, with bends that match the factory body lines. The outer and rear rings are color-matched to enhance the black center layer, providing a bold and polished look for your vehicle.

Installation: Instructions are included. You will need to cut the existing mesh from your factory grill and reuse the original locking tabs. Installation typically takes about 30 minutes.
